General FAQs

What is the largest table size that JMP can handle?

With JMP version 7, all limitations on table sizes have been removed, so that you are now only limited by your operating system and your computer’s RAM. On Windows, the limit for the 32 bit version of JMP is the lesser of available RAM/virtual memory or the 2 Gigabyte process limit.

There are no internal limits to the size of the data tables.  Remember, however, that all of the data table is held in memory.
